Landlord’s name, address & number

Work History

Employee’s name, address & telephone for 2 years

Copy of Income Tax and W-2 or 1099 for 2 years

2 full months of current pay check stubs

 

Financial Status

Proof of checking & savings accounts

Account statements for 2 months

Current debts (cars, credits cards, stores)
