7 Easy Steps
Before you begin selecting a home it’s important you determine what you can afford to purchase. We suggest you talk with one of our preferred lenders to check your credit, your income, your debt and available funds for your downpayment and closing costs.
2. Select a home
Choose from the various beautiful designs we have that will fit your lifestyle’s needs.
3. Complete a sales contract and bring the earnest money
At this time, you will need to bring $1,500 as a deposit to secure the purchase of your selected home. This money will be applied towards your down payment on the closing date.
4. Complete the loan application;
You will need to meet with one of our preferred loan officers or you may choose the loan officer of your choice in order to sign the loan application and have your financial documents reviewed. Please be prepared with your 4 most recent pays stubs, W2 forms for the last 2 years, 2 most recent bank statements, 2 alternate letters of credit (if required), copy of drivers license and social security card, work permit or ITIN card.
5. Watch the construction of your new home
The construction of your new home will range between 90-120 days, depending upon construction schedules and inclement weather. Once your home is complete, the construction manager will complete a checklist to ensure it meets Casa Bella Homes’ high quality standards.
6. Your final walk through
Approximately 5 days prior to closing on your loan for your new home, we will contact you to schedule a final walk through. This is done to ensure that it meets your specifications and to explain in detail the benefits and restrictions of the home warranty.
7. Close on your Casa Bella Home
This is an exciting day, the day you have been waiting for! After signing your closing documents, ownership will become yours and your sales advisor will hand you the keys to your new home.
